After my experiences fasting and detoxing myself, getting rid of the fat off of my body, at this moment I just realized how it's NOT necessary to eat so much lol! That's the reason why there are so many FAT and SICK people in America! They eat TOO MUCH!
Whenever we eat, our body uses our own life force energy(soul energy) to digest the food that we eat. The more that a person eats, the more life force energy gets pulled and used in the stomach area away from other areas of the body like the brain. This is why when you eat a really large meal you usually feel extremely tired afterwards. That's because your life force energy, your "chi" is used emensily to digest your food. The more chi energy being used to digest your food, the less of it can be used in other places like your brain(less likely to process information quickly now). This is why people who eat 3 meals a day vs the people who eat just 1, they respond more slower and are less able to process information quickly than those people who eat a lot less.
The stomach of the human body has internal "sensors". I call them "Stomach Sensors". That lets us know when to stop eating and when to eat(full or hungry). The more a person eats on a daily basis and doesn't allow their food to process properly, the less sensitive their stomach sensors will be. This is why it takes some people to eat a lot before they will feel full.
I remember when I was younger and being at restaurants with my parents, I was the only one who would order and eat the least. Them along with my sisters would say "you eat like a bird." That was me naturally knowing to eat less! Now I know why I would always eat less when I was younger.
I personally recommend that people skip breakfast completely! During the hours of 4 am and 12 pm, our body goes through it's natural detox stage. If you introduce any food to your body, especially meats, it automatically disrupts the detoxing process. Also, eating a heavy breakfast makes your energy decrease rather than increase. If you eat anything in the morning then let it be fruit. Try it out for yourself. I usually skip breakfast completely. Drinking lots of water in the morning helps the body detox greatly.
The people who eat a lot less(this is me), who exercise daily, drink LOADS of water, avoid negative people as often as possible(negative energy is terrible for the mind and body), have happy thoughts and focus on feeling good, are usually healthy people.
I highly recommend skipping breakfast everyday to allow your body to eliminate prior days waste. If you fail to do this, then the waste that is currently in your body will sit in your body longer and turn into fat. Fat is primarily if not all of it is toxic waste that people failed to allow their body to remove it out of it's system. Example, think of how you feel whenever you go to the bathroom to do a "number 2". That is "toxic waste removal" of the body.
Me, I like to stay looking and feeling healthy. Plus I like to keep my slim figure lol!
Do you still want to FEAST HEAVILY at those Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners? For many of you I bet this article won't even matter to you. You still will eat like a pig lol.
